Juan Pablo Ventura

Juan Pablo Ventura is a psychologist, therapist, lecturer and educational consultant. For more than two decades he worked at St. Andrew’s Scots School, where he was a teacher, director of the Emotional, Spiritual and Leadership Education area, and responsible for the educational psychology office.

Since 2012 he leads The Leader’s Journey retreat, accompanying student leaders from ESSARP schools in experiences of personal development and conscious leadership.

Founder of ELAN Institute, he has created programmes such as Tribu de Héroes (Tribe of Heroes) and facilitates in-nature retreats for youth and adults in Argentina and the USA, integrating psychology, spirituality and The Hero’s Journey.

He currently advises schools and educational agencies -including the Ministry of Education of the City of Buenos Aires- in the design of wellness programmes. He is co-founder of the international conferences Human Edu, pioneers in their whole approach to human development in education.
